GENERAL CONTRACTING

General Contracting is the traditional method of construction.  General Contracting is when an Owner retains Architects and Engineers, solicits competitive bids, and then hires a contractor.  The general contractor will have all subcontractors and suppliers underneath his contract.  As the General Contractor we will develop a master schedule, manage all subcontractors throughout the project to owner occupancy, develop, and maintain a quality control program.

The General Contracting method is used primarily, by Owners, who have supervising experience and prefer a more hands on management approach.  As general contractors we will work very closely with the design team and Owner to bring the project in on time and under budget.
