CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

As Construction Managers, B.L. Spille is actively involved in Design review, construction, value engineering, and quality control.  B.L. Spille’s professional staff of Architects, Engineers, and Project Managers will monitor all aspects of the project from design inception through construction and owner occupancy. When working as the Construction Manager of a project, we B.L. Spille represents the Owner's interests exclusively. Architects, engineers, and subcontractors respect that as the Construction Manager, B.L. Spille will act solely as the Owner's Representative.

Construction Management allows pure team effort by establishing clear goals set at project conception. We will review, revise, and aid in the preparation of trade contractors and progress schedules during the construction period.
