“Our second experience was the renovation of the same property. The property was being converted to an office building. It has once been a residence. Three bids were received and again Spille was selected as the contractor. Because it was a long distance situation (Kentucky to Oklahoma) we entered into a Construction Management contract. Again, wehad a tight time line which was shortened further during the actual project by one month. AS with most renovations, we found a few “surprises”. Spille addressed those “extras”, dealt with inclement weather conditions, and still completed the project on time. We have a beautiful facility, one that our membership is proud and pleased to call our national headquarters.
