Spille Construction was formed and incorporated under the rules and regulations of the Commonwealth of Kentucky in 1963 as a general contractor, design builder, and construction manager.

For nearly 30 years, B.L. Spille operated with authority in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana, until 1990 when B.L. Spille expanded the business to have operating authority and licensure in 23 additional states; a direct result of our strong relationships with our clients.

Our staff consists of more than 100 full-time employees including licensed Engineers, Architects, certified Project Managers and various trade persons, and enjoys working with a breadth of Fortune 500 companies including DHL World Wide, Kroger Company, Canadian National Railroad, Norfolk Southern, Progress Rail Services, Union Pacific Railroad, Mubea Inc. GE Medical, and Siemens Medical Systems.
