We'll prepare bid packages and assist in pre-bid meetings to analyze and advise on construction proposals and contractors. We'll develop a master control schedule, and review, revise, and aid in the preparation of composite trade contractors and progress schedules during the construction period. We utilize state-of-the-art technology for project management and scheduling, and our on-staff licensed and certified project management professionals will be available for all of your needs.
